Back to One - The Journey of Souls(5) --- Letting Go (Purification)

Twin Flames are said to have seven stages when they meet.

At the time I first learned of the term "twin flame," I read this one over and over again. 

I would like to quote from this and add what is generally said and what I feel. 

Of course, this is a Japanese interpretation, so the views may be a little different from yours.

Phase 1: Recognition (Encounter) 
Phase 2: Testing 
Phase 3: Crisis 
Phase 4: Runner and Chaser (separation) 
Phase 5: Letting go (purification) 
Phase 6: Awakening 
Phase 7: Harmony (Reunion)

Now, once we start the separation period, we are no longer in control of the direction and outcome of our relationship. Only God knows. 

But it also means that this relationship is under God's protection and destined to be finally united. (Of course, both must be spiritually awakened in order to finally be united.) 

Runners are given time and freedom to evolve at their own pace. During this phase, they regain their own mind and maintain themselves. 

The remaining chasers also feel unconditional love for the runner as they explore the path to full spiritual awakening. This is also a time to direct unconditional love to those around them, their hobbies and work. 

During this silent period, many female twin flames become spiritually awakened and begin to become healers or start something new.

I am no exception, and during this period I began to work on various things, from meditation to Reiki, energy work, light language, subconscious studies, and motivational studies and so on. 

 "It is a period of regular communication with God and complete surrender that He will do what is best at the best time for each soul to let go of the ego." 

 ...The website says that this is a period of time to face my divided Spirit, my Higher Self, and my subconscious mind.
