Twin Flames are said to have seven stages when they meet.

I had read this article many times when I first learned of the term "twin flame". I would like to quote here and add what is commonly said and what I feel.

Stage 1: Recognition (Encounter)
Phase 2: Testing
Phase 3: Crisis
Phase 4: Runner and Chaser (separation)
Phase 5: Letting Go (Purification)
Phase 6: Awakening
Phase 7: Harmony (Reunion)

◆Stage 2: Testing

The initial temporary spiritual awakening disappears and the ego begins to emerge.

Ego is vague and difficult to understand. "If you like me, why don't you do XX?" I now feel that it is the condition I place on my love for him and my stance towards him, such as, "Because I love him, I should put up with some," or "Socially accepted norms dictate that I have to do XX."

One or both of the twin flames think and act based on past love experiences and love instruction books.

This is where various conflicts begin to arise.

If a twin flame treats the other person with the way of thinking and assumptions based on the knowledge and past love experiences that he or she had previously believed in, it will not stand up well at all. And gradually, anxiety and confusion will arise.

Eventually, one or both of you will become critical and suspicious of the other person.

During this period, feelings of "Why don't you reciprocate my affection?" I remember that the feelings of "Why don't you respond to my love?" would appear alternately at different times in both of us. No matter what I did, I couldn't get through to them. Was I being manipulated in some way by being suspended like a marionette on my head? I was so delirious that I wondered.

Where was the sweet relationship like melting honey when we first met?
