【Session Report】Message through the "invisibility"

This client was a woman in her 30s living in Tokyo who was struggling with her partnership. 

She loved him and he loved her, and they got married because he couldn't help but love her. Yet, within a year, he started to avoid skinship with her. She wondered why, so she applied for a session.

Actually, she had studied a lot about the subconscious mind and the law of attraction before she applied for the session. However, she was not so interested in a little spiritual things such as the Akashic Records. Maybe that is why she was surprised at first, because my salon is actually a very spiritual salon. First of all, we decided to look at the subconscious mind through hypnotherapy. We were both talking that it would be nice if we could go to past lives and find some issues for this life.

However, after we started the session, no matter how much I guided her, she said she could not see any images at all. "It's pitch black in front of my eyes. I can't see anything."

But after a while, "When I saw the green light and the blue light, I thought I saw an image for each..." ...and after those images disappeared, he began to report back. In the green light, I saw an uncle who was a war slave working as a watchman in ancient China, and in the blue light, a mine? A man digging a hole impatiently. Both men were just concentrating on the light, and neither was reluctant to do anything about it.

"When I become aware of those lights and images, my eyes go dark." It was at this point that she suddenly said something that hit me right at the heart of the matter. "When I think about it in my head, I can't see it, and when I think about it as a delusion, I can't see it any more."

Toward the end of the session, she said, "Maybe I was attached only to what I could see. If I could see everything, I would know how he feels..." Yes, our manifest consciousness is only 3% of our total consciousness. The subconscious mind controls 97%, and how we believe in that "invisible part".... This was also useful to see what was behind his disinterested front face. I said, "No because I can't see it, ~ so it's ~... this is my ego..."

"I think this is a message to focus on [now]. If you are preoccupied with the future that is yet to come or the past that has already passed, all you will see is anxiety and fear. When we focus on the here and now, negative feelings do not arise. This is what he wanted to convey...."
