Back to One - The Journey of Souls(1) --- Recognition
Twin Flames are known as Twin Rays in Japan. In Japan, it is said that there are seven stages when they meet.
When the word "twin flame" fell (really fell from the sky!) ), I frantically gathered this information. The more I read, the more I came to an agreement. I remember reading and reading while my knees were shaking like it was yesterday.

At the time, I would read this over and over again and then let loose........................
I would like to cite here and add what is generally said and what I feel.
Seven Stages of Twin Flames
Phase 1: Recognition (Encounter)
Phase 2: Testing
Phase 3: Crisis
Phase 4: Runner and Chaser (separation)
Phase 5: Letting go (purification)
Phase 6: Awakening
Phase 7: Harmony (Reunion)
The meeting of two Twin Flames.
With 1000 Twin Flames, there are 1000 different Twin Flame couples, but rather than a favorite type, they feel a sense of security and nostalgia.
In most cases, the twin flame male first senses and sees the twin lay female as "this person is special". Twin men are more passionate than twin women, and twin women like them but do not seem to have much feelings for them.
In many cases, they meet after they have experienced each other's lives, often after they have finished raising their children. I have heard that most twin-rays are in their 40s and 50s.
Now, from the moment twin flames meet, their hearts open and both souls experience a spiritual awakening.
People look back on it and say, "I thought I was having heart palpitations!" while others look back and say that their hearts soured with indescribable love. I was filled with nostalgia anyway, and I still remember the feeling of something overflowing.
